Apple released the much awaited iOS 12.1.4 yesterday. It might be possible the new OS broke these third party app installers.

@TweakBoxApp Hi no idea whats the issue, but I am now no longer able to install apps. in the homescreen it shows an empty grey icon logo and say unable to install or something. This happened since the new iOS update yesterday, no idea if that affects anything.
