So I can’t download Spotify on my PS5 due to an error. Instead of a download button there is an error button. I can click on the error button but nothing happens. I have tried turning it on and off but it stays the same. Now I have a feeling this is due to my lack of storage but I can’t seem to change the downloads from External to Console. Can someone help me change the downloads to go to console and not external. Can you also help me get Spotify working on my PS5. THX
